Gifts for ten years together · From ₹1,199

A 10th anniversary gift, ten years on one shelf.

Ten years of marriage leave thousands of photos buried in phone galleries. We turn the best of them into a printed book you can hold, flip through and keep.

  • One chapter per year, 12 to 20 pages
  • Photos and captions sent on WhatsApp
  • Preview before printing, delivery across India

Why a decade-in-photos book makes the right 10th anniversary gift

Ten years is the point where a marriage stops feeling new and starts feeling like home. Most couples have the usual gifts covered by now, the watch, the jewellery, the dinner. What they rarely have is a single place where the whole story sits together, in order, with the small moments included.

Phone galleries do not do that job. Photos from 2016 are somewhere under thousands of screenshots, and nobody scrolls back that far on a normal evening. A printed book changes this. You pick the pictures that matter, give each year a page or two, and the decade finally has a shape you can see.

It also suits the tradition. The tenth anniversary is classically linked with tin or aluminium, symbols of flexibility and durability, and a book made to last for years fits that spirit better than another showpiece. You can pair it with a small tin keepsake if you like the idea.

A book is a gift for both of you. Unlike a present meant for one person, it gets picked up together on a quiet Sunday, laughed over, and handed to the children when they ask what you two looked like at the wedding.

10th anniversary gift ideas by situation

The same book works differently depending on who is giving it and what the two of you have been through.

For a husband who hates sentimental gifts

Keep the book light. Use funny candid photos, the disastrous trip, the bad haircut year, and one-line captions in your own teasing voice. Men who roll their eyes at romantic gestures often end up reading a funny book twice. Add one serious page near the end, only one, and it will land harder.

For a wife who keeps every memory

She probably remembers dates you have forgotten, so build the book around them. Pick the first meeting, the first home, the first festival as a couple, and caption each with the exact date. Getting her details right shows you were paying attention, which matters more to her than the price.

When you are parents now

After children arrive, couple photos thin out because everyone photographs the kids. Dedicate a chapter to the two of you before they were born, then show how the family grew. Seeing yourselves as a pair again, not only as parents, is often the most emotional part of the book.

For a decade partly spent apart

Many Indian couples spend part of their marriage apart for work or study. Include screenshots of video calls, boarding passes and airport photos, because those years are part of the story too. Ship it to one address and open it together on a call, each holding a copy.

If the year was hard

Some tenth anniversaries come after illness, job loss or a rough patch. You do not need to hide that. Choose photos from the hard months where you still look at each other, and caption them honestly. A book that says we got through this means more than a flawless highlight reel.

A shared gift from family

Siblings or friends can pool photos to surprise the couple. Collect pictures from weddings, holidays and festivals over the decade, send them to us on WhatsApp, and add a page of messages from relatives. Split among four or five people, a 20-page book at ₹1,999 costs very little each.

What to include in your decade photo book

Ten years gives you plenty of material, so decide the structure before you choose photos.

One spread for every year

The simplest layout is also the strongest: a heading for each year, two or three photos, and a caption. Ten years fills about 12 to 14 pages once you add a cover and a closing page. If a year was full of events, give it extra space and trim a quiet one.

The wedding, then and now

Start with one or two photos from the wedding day, then end with a recent portrait in similar poses or clothes. Placing the wedding and today on facing pages shows ten years of change without a word of explanation. Recreating an old pose takes ten minutes and gets plenty of laughs.

Homes, cities and addresses

Think of every place you have lived, from the rented flat with the broken geyser to the house you finally bought. A page of front doors and balconies, with the year beneath, makes a surprisingly moving timeline. Add a caption about the one thing you loved at each address.

Festivals and family gatherings

Diwali rangoli, Holi colours, Eid lunches, Christmas cake, Pongal at the village home. Festival photos show who stood beside you each year, and which relatives have since grown up or passed on. Pick one festival photo per year and you get a quiet record of the family around your marriage.

Milestones that mattered

Job changes, new cars, a first flight together, a child's first day at school, a parent's retirement. These are the moments you will want to recall at the twentieth anniversary. List them on paper first, then find the best photo for each, instead of working only from whatever looks prettiest.

Everyday photos, not only posed ones

The chai on the balcony, one of you asleep on the sofa, the kitchen mess after a failed recipe. In ten years, these ordinary scenes become the best pages. If you are unsure how to choose between hundreds of pictures, our guide on choosing photos for a memory book helps.

What to write in an anniversary photo book

Captions are what turn a good album into a gift people read. Keep them short, specific and yours.

Write the date and the place

A caption like Goa, December 2019, rain all week still has all the information you need to bring the day back. Dates and places are quick to write and impossible to remember later. Add them to every photo before adding anything poetic, because plain facts carry the emotion on their own.

Use inside jokes

The nickname only you use, the phrase from your first road trip, the argument about whose turn it was. Inside jokes make the book unmistakably yours and nobody else's. Avoid explaining them. If a guest does not understand the caption, that is exactly the point of a private book.

Add one line of what you remember

Beneath a few photos, write a sentence starting with I remember. I remember you were nervous before the interview. I remember you carried me across the flooded road. These small recollections matter far more than generic love quotes, and they take only a minute each to write.

Open with a short letter

Reserve the first page for a note of five or six lines. Say what the decade taught you and one thing you are looking forward to. Write it the way you would speak. Our ideas for love letters to a spouse can help you begin.

Number the years, not the clichés

Instead of Ten years of love, try headings like Year 4: the year we moved to Pune. Specific headings feel earned and keep the book from reading like a greeting card. Our list of photo book caption ideas has more starting points for the quieter pages.

End with a blank or a promise

Finish with a closing page that looks ahead: a line about the next ten years, a bucket-list trip, or a note to be opened on the twentieth anniversary. Some couples leave the final page empty so they can write in it by hand once the book arrives.

How to order your 10th anniversary photo book in India

There is no website checkout. Everything happens on WhatsApp, step by step.

Choose a page count

Pick the size that fits your story. Twelve pages is ₹1,199, 14 pages ₹1,399, 16 pages ₹1,599, 18 pages ₹1,799 and 20 pages ₹1,999. For a full decade, 16 or 18 pages gives each year room without crowding. If you are unsure, send your photo count and we will suggest one.

Collect your photos first

Search old phones, Google Photos, WhatsApp chats and even relatives' albums. Send the originals as documents on WhatsApp where possible, because compressed images lose sharpness in print. Scanned wedding prints are also fine if the scan is clear. Aim for roughly twice the photos you need so we can choose.

Send captions and your preferences

Along with the photos, share the year headings, captions and any wording for the opening note. Tell us the mood: playful, classic or quietly romantic. If you would rather not write anything, send a few voice notes about the memories and we can help shape the text.

Check the design preview

The studio designs the layout and sends you a preview on WhatsApp. Look at spellings, dates and the photo order, and ask for any change before printing. This is the stage to swap a photo or fix a name, since nothing is printed until you approve it.

Printing and delivery

After approval your book is printed and sent to the address you give, anywhere in India. We do not promise fixed delivery days, because timing depends on your city and the print queue, so ask for an estimate when you order. Start early if the anniversary date is close.

Surprise and gifting tips

For a surprise, ask us to deliver to a friend, a relative or your office, so your spouse does not see the parcel. Keep the preview chat locked or archived on your phone. If the book is a joint gift from family, name one person to coordinate photos.

Photo book prices, simple and upfront.

Every book includes a personalized design, printing and binding for your chosen page count. The studio confirms the final total, delivery charges and finish before you pay. Need a different length? Ask for a custom book. See full pricing.

What is a good 10th anniversary gift?

A good 10th anniversary gift reflects the decade you have shared. Popular choices include a printed photo book of ten years, a trip to the place you honeymooned, tin or aluminium keepsakes, or a framed collage. A photo book holds many memories in one place and stays useful for years.

What is the traditional gift for the 10th wedding anniversary?

Traditionally the tenth anniversary is associated with tin or aluminium, which stand for flexibility and durability in a marriage. You need not follow this strictly. Many couples add a small tin box or aluminium frame beside a photo book.

How much does a 10th anniversary photo book cost?

Our books start at ₹1,199 for 12 pages and go up to ₹1,999 for 20 pages, in steps of two pages. For ten years, most couples find 16 pages at ₹1,599 or 18 pages at ₹1,799 enough. Final details are confirmed on WhatsApp before you approve the design.

How many photos do I need for a decade photo book?

Aim for 30 to 50 photos if you want about two to three per year, plus a few for the cover and closing pages. You can send more and we will suggest the best. Clear, well-lit pictures matter more than count, and scanned prints are acceptable.

Can I make the book a surprise for my spouse?

Yes. Share photos from your own phone or ask relatives and friends to send theirs. We work only with you on the design preview, and the finished book can be delivered to another address if you wish. Just avoid replying in a chat your spouse might see.

Is this a good 10th anniversary gift for a husband?

It can be, especially for a husband who values memories more than objects. Keep captions short and a little playful, include trips and family moments, and add one honest note at the start. See also our ideas on anniversary gifts for a husband.
