These terms apply when you use the Ragnar Studios website. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Enquiries are not orders
Preparing a message on this website does not place a paid order or reserve a delivery date. Your book starts with an enquiry. The studio confirms the design, final price and delivery details with you on WhatsApp before you pay.
Prices and payment
Prices shown on the website, starting at ₹1,199 for 12 pages and up to ₹1,999 for 20 pages, are starting prices. Custom books are quoted separately. Before you pay, please ask the studio to confirm the final total, delivery charges, applicable taxes, the selected finish and any additional design requests. Use only the payment details confirmed in your conversation with the studio. We never ask for payment-card details through this website.
Design and approval
The designs shown on the website are starting points. The studio designs your book from the photographs, names, dates and messages you provide and shares it for your review. Please check spelling, names and dates carefully before approving the design for printing.
Your content
You are responsible for the photographs and text you send. Please make sure you have the right to use them and the permission of the people in them. By sending content to the studio, you allow us to use it only to design and produce your book and to communicate with you about your order.
Sample images
Images on this website are AI-generated sample designs with fictional people. For privacy reasons, we do not use real customers’ photos or images. Sample designs are for inspiration and your finished book will be designed with your own photographs and words.
Delivery
Production time and delivery details are confirmed by the studio on WhatsApp. A celebration date entered in an enquiry is not a delivery guarantee.
Changes, cancellations and damaged parcels
Customised books are made to order and are not refundable. Please see our Refund Policy and Shipping Policy. For damaged parcels, contact the studio with your order details.
Website content
The text, design and layout of this website belong to Ragnar Studios and may not be copied or reused without permission. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience and we are not responsible for their content.
Limitation
We work to keep the information on this website accurate, but it is provided as is and may change. To the extent permitted by law, Ragnar Studios is not liable for losses arising from the use of the website.
