Delivery time, areas and what to expect when your custom memory book is shipped.
Estimated delivery time
Every Ragnar Studios book is made to order. Orders are typically delivered within 10 to 12 days. The studio confirms the timeline for your order with you on WhatsApp before you pay.
A celebration date entered in an enquiry is not a delivery guarantee. If you need a book by a particular date, please tell the studio when you start so they can confirm what is possible.
Where we deliver
Ragnar Studios delivers across India. Share your full delivery address and PIN code with the studio on WhatsApp, and they will confirm delivery details for your location.
Shipping charges
The studio confirms any delivery charges along with the final total before you pay. Use only the payment details confirmed in your conversation with the studio.
Delivery details
Please give a complete and correct address, PIN code and a phone number that can be reached by the courier. Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete details, or by factors outside the studio’s control such as courier or weather delays, can extend the delivery time.
Damaged or incorrect parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or something is not right, contact the studio on WhatsApp with your order details and clear photographs of the parcel and the book, and the studio will review the issue with you.
