Refund Policy
Why customised books are non-refundable, and what to do if something goes wrong.
No refunds on customised books
Every Ragnar Studios book is customised with your own photographs, names, dates and messages. Because each book is made specially for you, we do not offer refunds or returns on customised orders.
Please check your design before approving
The studio shares your design for review before printing. Please check spelling, names, dates and photographs carefully before you approve it. Once you approve the design and the book goes into production, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
Changes
If you would like a change, tell the studio on WhatsApp as early as possible and before you approve the design. The studio will confirm what is possible for your order.
Damaged or incorrect deliveries
If your parcel arrives damaged or something is not as approved, contact the studio on WhatsApp with your order details and clear photographs of the parcel and the book so the studio can review the issue with you.
Payments
Before you pay, ask the studio to confirm the final total, delivery charges, applicable taxes and finish. Use only the payment details confirmed in your conversation with the studio. We never ask for payment-card details through this website.
